Looking at my Statement, I can see other amounts as well as my current invoice. What are these?
If you have a list of other amounts, your statement is showing you invoices which are still unpaid and will need to be settled urgently.
If you require a copy of a previous invoice, these are available for finance users on the new console. Alternatively, contact SureSave at [email protected] stating which month is required. Please note that our payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
