I cannot log in?

Each individual person will be issued with their very own user details to login to the Agent Console. If you have not been issued a login and password, please contact your IAM or the Agent Assistance Team.

To login go to https://partner.suresave.com.au your user details will be your email address and your password is set by you when you first login.

If you cant log in because you have misplaced your password all you have to do is go to the website and click on Forgotten Password and follow the instructions to reset your details. (this is the only way to do this

TOP TIP: Maybe consider using the same password which you have been using for issuing policies on the current SureSave Agent console.
